What you need is a large pitcher or mason Jar. Fill the container with the fruit or vegetable of your choice and fill with filtered water. Set in the fridge overnight and drink the following day before breakfast and in between meals.
Recipe #1:
- Half an organic grapefruit, sliced with the peel on (if not organic, discard peel and use the fruit only).
- Half an organic lemon, sliced with the peel on (if not organic, discard peel and use the fruit only).
- Half an organic lime, sliced with the peel on (if not organic, discard peel and use the fruit only).
- One whole medium-sized organic cucumber, sliced (peel optional).
- 4-6 organic mint leaves.
-Do not consume this if you are on grapefruit-sensitive medications.
Recipe #2:
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder OR boil a cinnamon stick in filtered water (3-4 cups) for 5 minutes, let it steep for an additional 20 minutes and then pour into your container.

- Half an organic apple, sliced with the peel on (green apples are ideal as they are lower in sugars and carbs and higher in fiber and vitamins).
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

1) Papaya leaf powder and pineapple juice: This combination, although an acquired taste, is highly effective when consumed on an empty stomach in the morning and before bed. Pineapple possesses remarkable healing and anti-inflammatory properties, while papaya leaf powder aids digestion, lowers cholesterol, suppresses appetite, and facilitates fat burning. It is important to note that papaya is anti-parasitic, so die-off symptoms may occur within 24 hours of consumption. It is best to start with one glass of this a day gradually increasing to two. Avoid papaya if you are allergic to latex or following a restricted calcium oxalate diet. If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider.

- 6oz of pineapple juice (fresh is best, but bottled works too).
